Babies in Waiting offer hypnobirthing antenatal classes, pregnancy relaxation and mother and baby clubs across the UK.

Babies in Waiting courses are intimate, supportive and positive. Hypnobirthing and relaxation courses help you and your partner learn strategies for reducing fear and anxiety over birth so that you can prepare for a calm, confident birth experience.
