A bit about Helen:

I teach Hypnobirthing and Pregnancy Relaxation in the comfort of your own home.  

My Babies in Waiting journey started in 2021 when my husband and I signed up to the Babies in Waiting course.  I knew I wanted a natural delivery as much as possible after struggling to conceive for over 5 years and having IVF.  Fortunately, my birth went as planned and utilising the Hypnobirthing techniques, I had a peaceful delivery of my little girl at home in water.

This ignited a flame inside me to tell other couples who may feel a natural birth isn't possible after having IVF.  A year later, I gave up my role as a Primary school teacher to teach couples the wonderful Babies in Waiting course.

I can offer you the most amazing experience and I will invite you into the Hypnobirthing world with guided relaxation and the theory behind the approach.  You will feel calm and excited about meeting your baby and will look forward to your birth.  You will become part of the BIW family with support at your fingertips throughout your pregnancy journey.
