A bit about Jennifer:

I discovered hypnobirthing while pregnant with my second child, ahead of a planned home birth. It helped me to see pregnancy and labour very differently from my first experience. I found that my attitude totally altered and helped to make my birth, which took place at home, much more positive and empowering.

In our society we seem to view labour as a largely negative experience, despite it being a normal and natural phenomenon. Babies in Waiting teach techniques such as relaxation and visualisation that ensure that you embrace giving birth. I feel privileged to support expectant couples by being part of the Babies in Waiting team.
