​A bit about me:

Hi, I’m Alice. I teach the Hypnobirthing course from the comfort of my home in Langdon Hills. At around 30 weeks pregnant, my Babies in Waiting Hypnobirthing journey began! My husband and I joined the course with Jen, and the anxieties I had around birth quickly transformed into confidence and excitement. The positive, refreshing approach to birth left me feeling empowered and truly ready for labour—I couldn’t wait to give birth!

I went on to have an amazing home birth experience, and I knew I needed to become part of the Babies in Waiting team to help other expectant parents experience the same. My own journey really strengthened my belief, and those around me too, in the power of Hypnobirthing.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my husband, son, and our fur baby!
