A bit about Karen:

I teach Hypnobirthing and Pregnancy Relaxation from my home here in Hockley. I began my journey with Babies in Waiting in 2012 when I experienced a beautiful hypnobirth with my little girl. This was after a traumatic first birth with my baby boy, which I had prepared for with a different antenatal course and various other aids but yet still found myself surprisingly unequipped mentally for the birth. After understanding what a difference this course makes to people, their pregnancy and birth I decided to leave my job as a primary school teacher and teach something new!

So what can I offer you above the amazing content! I can provide you with a friendly,  relaxed and calm environment for you to learn and get excited about birth. I can offer you genuine love and support, my particular passion is the support! And a community!

A community of wonderful women who make up my Babies in Waiting Hockley team. If you live anywhere from Hockley through to the Southend area I cannot wait to support you!
