A bit about me:

My journey with Babies In Waiting started during my pregnancy. Their support and knowledge were invaluable and I began to see birth and my future in a really positive way. I felt confident, strong and empowered during and after birth. I decided to join the team so I could give parents personalised support, preparing for birth and laying the foundations for the future as a family.

I'm a mum, trained in emotional healing and re-training the mind and it's my absolute passion to raise awareness of mental
