Take some time for you and your growing baby once a week.
Time to relax, let go of tensions, worries. Reduce your cortisol stress hormones.
Bond with your baby, and release those feel good endorphins and the love hormone Oxytocin.
Our four part sessions include pregnancy changes, fears, bonding and confidence.
