Taking time to relax during pregnancy is not only beneficial for you but also for your baby. How you feel is transferred down to your baby and has a direct influence on their development.
When I was expecting I loved attending the Babies in Waiting relaxation sessions. It was time for me and my baby to enjoy together, bonding and focusing on the amazing journey we were taking together. I would be delighted to provide you with the same experience.
